Growing In Christ

Great Leaders Know: To manage conflict, begin with your own!

Have you ever heard people say, “Hurting people hurt people”? As Christian leaders, conflict will come our way through our life experiences and through the people we work with. By facing our own struggles, we are more equipped to lead effective teams in ways that help rather than ways that hurt.

3 Communication Tips to Understand and Be Understood

Struggles in relationships can lead to feelings of loneliness, frustration, anger, and even hopelessness. But God has the power to heal and bring about reconciliation in our relationships.

You may have friends, family members, and many others around you, but do you feel alone? If you’re struggling in your relationships, you may come to feel alone – I know I often do. If God intends for us to have healthy, fulfilling relationships, why do I feel lonely?

Easter Devotional

If we want to grow as Christian leaders in a hurting world, we’ll need to connect with Jesus – the true vine and the One who gives us life! This Easter, take a nine-day devotional journey back to the cross with Christian Women’s Leadership Center. This daily devotional starts on Saturday, April 13 and ends on Easter Sunday.

Throughout this devotional, we'll look at nine people who experienced the cross of Christ firsthand. You’ll have the opportunity to put yourself into the scene and personally reflect on each experience.
